Steps to follow for online admission :
• Step 1 : Register yourself at http://www.phss.co.in/online-admission-2021-2022/
• Step 2 : Upload all the required documents mention on the website.
• Step 3 : Upon validation from our end, we will reach on your phone number.
• Step 4 : Admission Fee payment option will be shared through sms/whatsapp/call.
• Step 5 : After finalization of the Application Form, the applicants will receive the confirmation letter via email or whatsapp
Documents required to upload :
1. Photographs of the student
2. Class X Marksheet
3. Provisional & Transfer certificate
4. Class X Board Admit Card
5. Adhaar Card
6. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
Steps to follow for Offline admission :
• Step 1 : Download Admission Form (click here)
• Step 2 : Take print out & fill it up
• Step 3 : Attached the required documents in Photostat Copy
• Step 4 : Submit it to the School office
Note :
1. All particulars of the Student should be exactly the same as those provided in the Class X registration.
2. Provide with a valid email & phone no. during the online entries
3. Remember the username & password which was filled during registration
4. All the documents should be original & clear, photostat scan copy upload will not be accepted
5. Print out the admission confirmation letter and keep it handy
6. Access to the website dashboard will be provided after completing the registration process
